With over 45 years in the global food sector, he previously served as Chairman and CEO of Evans Food Group and as President of Quaker Oats North America—becoming the first Mexican executive to lead a major PepsiCo business in the region. He served at the boards of the Northern Trust Corporation and Hormel Foods. Deeply committed to the community, he was named in 2025 Chairman of the National Museum of the American Latino to be built in Washington by the Smithsonian.

Jesus Velazquez is the U.S. President of Monarca Authentic Snacks, bringing over 30 years of experience in the CPG industry with PepsiCo, Kraft Heinz, and P&G, leading both domestic and international markets. Since joining the company, he has demonstrated strong leadership and deep commercial expertise, rapidly driving transformational initiatives in innovation, R&D, and marketing. Michelle Suhrie is the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Consumer Insights at Monarca Authentic Snacks, bringing 25 years of experience in the CPG industry with leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, Nestlé, and high-growth private companies. At Nestlé, she managed a $1B frozen pizza portfolio before joining Monarca Authentic Snacks, where she has been instrumental in transforming the marketing function, driving consumer-first strategies, and shaping an innovation pipeline. Her leadership has redefined the company’s corporate identity and strengthened its market position in the U.S., Mexico, and Latin America.

Otto Nudding is the Vice President of Private Label and Hispanic Channel at Monarca Authentic Snacks, bringing over 30 years of experience in the CPG industry, including leadership roles at PepsiCo Mexico Foods (Sabritas, Gamesa, Quaker). At PepsiCo, he played a key role in global sales capability and business transformation. Since 2016, he has driven major growth at Monarca Authentic Snacks, leading a 5X expansion across Mexico and Latin America. Now overseeing the Hispanic and Private Label Business Units, he continues to shape bold growth strategies and drive market expansion for long-term success.
